Almond Milk Proochelitin Nice Cream

 3 Ingredients Only!

This recipe transforms simple ingredients into a rich, decadent-looking "nice cream" that looks like traditional chocolate chip ice cream but is dairy-free and packed with protein (the "proochelitin" of the title). "Nice cream" refers to an ice cream alternative typically made from a frozen fruit base, usually bananas, which provides natural sweetness and creaminess.

Note: While "Proochelitin" isn't a widely recognized culinary or chemical term, based on the context of fitness recipe sites, it is most likely a creative marketing term or typo for "Protein." This recipe uses protein powder to create a functional, healthy treat.

Almond Milk Proochelitin Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 medium, very ripe Bananas (sliced and frozen solid)

  • ½ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1 scoop (approx. 30g) Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder (use a plant-based one to keep it vegan, or whey if preferred)

  • (Optional for visual match: ¼ cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Slice the ripe bananas into coins and arrange them in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a freezer-safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until completely solid.

  2. Combine and Blend: Place the frozen banana pieces, almond milk, and protein powder scoop into a high-speed blender or food processor.

  3. Process: Start blending on low speed, using a tamper if your blender has one to push the ingredients into the blades. If it gets stuck, add an extra tablespoon of almond milk at a time until it begins to circulate. It will go through a crumbly phase before suddenly turning smooth.

  4. Achieve Texture: Continue blending until the mixture is completely smooth, creamy, and reaches the consistency of soft-serve ice cream.

  5. Add Mix-Ins: If using chocolate chips to match the image, pulse them into the nice cream for just a few seconds so they remain chunky. Do not over-blend.

  6. Serve: For a soft-serve consistency, serve immediately in bowls. Garnish with fresh, sliced strawberries and a few extra chocolate chips, as shown in the photo.

  7. For Firm Scoops: Transfer the nice cream to a loaf pan or an airtight, freezer-safe container. Freeze for an additional 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.

Enjoy your guilt-free, protein-packed treat!
