CRISPY GINGER LIME SALMON BITES

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon filet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or green onions (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, honey, lime juice, and grated ginger until well combined.
