Garlic Parm Pull-Apart Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of soft rolls or slider buns (Hawaiian rolls work great)

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Garlic Parm Pull-Apart Rolls

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Without separating the rolls, slice the entire sheet horizontally in half. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.

  3. Combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried herbs, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the bottom buns.

  4. Evenly sprinkle the shredded Mozzarella cheese over the rolls.

  5. Place the top buns back onto the bottom layer.

  6. Spoon or brush the remaining garlic butter mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.

  7. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top, making sure to get into the crevices between the rolls.

  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

  9. Serve warm, allowing everyone to pull apart their own delicious, garlicky, and cheesy roll!
