Garlic Parmesan Protein-Packed Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 4 large Russet potatoes, washed

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Garlic Parmesan Protein-Packed Potato Wedges

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Place the wedges in a large bowl.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the oil mixture over the potato wedges and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Spread the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
