Ingredients:
1 cup flour of choice (e.g., almond flour, oat flour, all-purpose flour)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup sugar of choice (e.g., coconut sugar, maple syrup, honey)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (e.g., vanilla, chocolate)
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, almond milk, and protein powder.
